What time is the Miami Grand Prix on Sunday?

The 2025 Formula One season will feature 24 races, the sixth  of which will take place in Miami this weekend.

The next battle is scheduled for the Miami International Autodrome on Sunday, 4 May.

The lights will go out at 22:00 (SA time).

Heading into the 2025 season, Max Verstappen is the defending drivers’ champion – for a fourth consecutive year – while McLaren are the reigning constructors’ title winners.

The first race of the 2025 season in Melbourne, Australia was won by Lando Norris in his McLaren, while in China it was his team-mate Oscar Piastri who took victory.

In Japan, Verstappen showed his class in winning his first race of the season, while last weekend in Bahrain it was Piastri who became the first repeat winner of the season.

Piastri won for a third time a fortnight ago in Saudi Arabia.

After five races this season, Piastri leads the way with 99 points, ahead of Norris (89).

Verstappen is in third (87), ahead of Mercedes’ George Russell in fourth (73).

As a reminder, the 2024 Miami Grand Prix was won by Norris ahead of Verstappen with Charles Leclerc in a Ferrari in third.
