Springbok Jesse Kriel has set tongues wagging after revealing his single relationship status.
The 32-year-old is known for his fit physique, multilingual talents, and his “nice guy” personality.
JESSIE KRIEL: ‘I’M SINGLE’
In a YouTube video posted by a popular skincare brand for which he is an ambassador, Jess Krield indirectly revealed his relationship status.
The video started off with Jesse – known for his chiselled body – reading “thirsty tweets” about him from rugby fans.
Many praised the 32-year-old’s toned legs and thighs”.
“Thank you, I work hard to keep my legs in shape to perform well on the rugby field”, the blushing player responded.
When one fan claimed that both he and Willie le Roux were both handsome, he responded: “Willie is very handsome. Probably why he is married, and I’m not”.
When another asked if Jesse was single, he responded: “Maybe, maybe not. Jokes, I am [single]”.
WHAT HAPPENED TO SPRINGBOK WAG?
Up until now, Jesse Kriel – whose twin is fellow rugby player Dan – had been in a long-term relationship with his partner, Hope Mortimer.
Hope – a chartered accountant – started dating the Bok in 2018. Their first Instagram picture together was posted at an official Springbo event that year.
In 2020, a loved-up Jesse posted about his partner: “A million times over. I will always choose you”.
The couple last posted pictures of each other on their platforms in 2024.
It’s unclear if they are still together.
